Having held strategic roles across business development, innovation, product development, and operational excellence, Matt’s background is impressive. His 20-year tenure at Procter & Gamble allowed him to build a multifaceted career in both commercial and technical functions, spanning Cincinnati, Ohio, and Frankfurt, Germany. Matt's track record speaks for itself, with impactful results in Beauty and Personal Care, Fabric and Home Care, and Feminine Care.
